What we keep, and why.

Playbook is run by We are Human Agency AB (org. no. 559353-9959), Stockholm, Sweden. We are the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: august@wearehuman.tech.

What we collect

Waitlist and studio sign-ups — your email, and if you give them, your studio name and team size. Used to tell you when Playbook opens. Legal basis: your consent.
Investor requests — name, email, fund and your note, and which deck link was opened. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Accounts — email and sign-in data, and the brand material you and your studio put into Playbook. Used to run the service. Legal basis: contract.
Booking a call — handled by the calendar you are sent to; we receive the name and email you enter there.

What we do not do

No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
No selling or sharing of your data for marketing.
We do not use your brand material to train AI models.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Settings such as light or dark mode stay in your own browser and are never sent to us. Nothing is used for tracking, so there is nothing to consent to.

How long

Waitlist and investor details: until you ask us to delete them, and at most 24 months after our last contact. Account data: for as long as the account exists. You can export everything as JSON at any time, and it is deleted within 30 days of closing the account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing august@wearehuman.tech. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
